Established in 1875, the Royal Dorset Yacht Club occupies a unique position overlooking Weymouth Harbour and has been at the heart of sailing and social life on the Dorset coast for 150 years.

While our maritime heritage remains central to the Club, you do not need to own a boat to become a member. Many of our members simply enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, vibrant social calendar, harbour views and excellent hospitality.

Members benefit from a comfortable clubhouse, well-stocked bar, regular events, guest speakers, live entertainment and reciprocal arrangements with yacht and private members' clubs throughout the UK and beyond.
